During a free consultation, we'll discuss your pet's needs and preferences, including:

• Visit frequency and duration

• Feeding schedule and medication needs (injections included for diabetic pets)

• Exercise routines and playtime

• Veterinary and pet insurance details

• Any additional tasks you require, like plant watering or mail collection

We offer flexible scheduling with visits in the morning, afternoon, evening, or even on weekends.

Peace of Mind with Experienced Professionals

Evelyn, an experienced small animal vet, can provide basic first aid and administer medication.  Both of us have clear DBS checks, valid driving licences, and Public Liability Insurance covering your home, contents, and pets.  We'll present these credentials at our consultation.

We Care for All Creatures Great and Small

We happily care for a variety of pets, with customized pricing for non-cat/dog species.  Fish feeding is complimentary!

Open Communication, Every Step of the Way

We'll keep you updated with regular texts and pictures (if desired) during your trip. In case of emergencies, we'll contact you immediately and follow your instructions or take your pet to their usual vet (or an emergency provider).

Transparent Pricing and Easy Booking

• After your online inquiry, we'll contact you for a needs assessment and estimate.

• If you're happy, we'll schedule a consultation to meet your pets.

• Following the consultation, you'll receive a detailed quote.

• One week before your trip, we'll collect a key and deposit.

• We accept cash and bank transfers.

• Keys are stored securely in a locked safe under a pseudonym.

• Bank holidays are charged at a premium rate. Mileage is charged from our location (BH5) at 45p per mile, with parking fees added when applicable. These costs will be discussed during the consultation.

• Upon your return, you'll receive the final invoice (minus deposit) and your key will be returned.
