1. Enquiry & Advance Payment
Please contact me directly via email at evelynmaniaki@gmail.com to request an appointment date within 10 days of your planned departure. To secure your in-home slot and initiate your mandatory pre-visit compliance paperwork check, a full-service invoice will be issued and must be paid in full to confirm the booking.
2. Veterinary History Submission
Once your date is confirmed, please instruct your primary veterinary clinic to email your companion's comprehensive medical records directly to us. This must include official rabies vaccination histories, vaccine manufacturer details, batch numbers, and microchip scanning confirmations.
3. The 5-Day Legal & Compliance Audit
I will thoroughly review and verify your pet’s entire vaccination timeline at least 5 days prior to our home visit. This intentional window ensures that if any documentation discrepancies or legal gaps are identified, we retain a safe emergency buffer to correct them before you travel. Please note: Bookings requested with less than 5 days' notice will incur our £75 express surcharge due to expedited priority processing.
4. Tapeworm Treatment Window (Dogs Only)
For destinations strictly requiring tapeworm treatment for dogs (such as Ireland, Northern Ireland, Finland, Malta, or Norway), the medication must be clinically administered and officially certified between 24 and 120 hours before your arrival time at your destination. This administration will be seamlessly completed during our single home visit, perfectly calculated to meet your precise arrival window. Please remember that you must source and purchase this medication from your primary vet prior to our visit.
5. In-Home Clinical Exam & Handover
I will visit you and your companion in the stress-free environment of your home. During this single visit, I will scan and cross-match the microchip, perform the necessary clinical "Fit to Travel" health assessment, administer your pre-purchased tapeworm treatment (if applicable), and execute the final legal sign-off on your completed Animal Health Certificate.
