1. Enquiry & Advance Payment
Please contact me directly via email at evelynmaniaki@gmail.com to request an appointment date within 10 days of your planned departure, selecting a "click-and-collect" or a home visit service. Once confirmed, an invoice will be issued to secure your slot and initiate your pre-visit paperwork review.
2. Veterinary History Submission
Ask your primary veterinary clinic to email your companion's medical history directly to us. This must include official rabies vaccination histories, vaccine manufacturer details, batch numbers, and microchip scanning records.
3. The 5-Day Legal & Compliance Audit
I will thoroughly review and verify your pet’s vaccination timeline at least 5 days prior to our appointment. This dedicated buffer ensures that if any documentation gaps or regulatory discrepancies are found, we have plenty of time to resolve them before you travel. (Bookings with under 5 days' notice incur a £75 express processing surcharge.)
4. Tapeworm Treatment Window (Dogs Only)
For destinations strictly requiring tapeworm treatment for dogs prior to entry (such as Ireland, Northern Ireland, Finland, Malta, or Norway), the medication must be administered and officially certified between 24 and 120 hours before your arrival at your destination. We can complete this during our appointment: simply purchase the prescribed tablet from your primary vet beforehand.
5. Microchip Scan & Final Handover
We meet at your chosen location (at home or at our Bournemouth "Click & Collect" spot). I will scan and cross-match your pet’s microchip, complete the mandatory identity check, administer tapeworm treatment (if applicable), and hand over your final, legally executed travel pack!
